hi  maybe someone knows.. i used to be able to put a 16 sqm piece of land in search (30l).. now i can't anymore.. the sim owner said she didn't change any settings.. is this new or.. should it still work? |

Yes, it's fairly new. 128 and smaller parcels aren't allowed to be added any more.

From: Viktoria Dovgal Yes, it's fairly new. 128 and smaller parcels aren't allowed to be added any more. Stopping people ticking the box is fairly new, the knowledgebase has said that parcels under 128m won't show in search for some time, I think they used to show in places but not in all. |

They really weren't supposed to be showing in the places tab either since that policy went in, the policy kind of raced ahead of implementation. Old listings may have been given a get out of jail free card.

There is a 16m for sale near my property. It's been for sale for over a year. It was listed on the map as for sale when I looked recently. I guess it's grandfathered in.

I -think- you can still sell them. Just not put them up for search anywhere but in land sale.
I sold a 32 recently myself - part of a bad cut that I just couldn't connect to any of the other pieces. Not a 16, but still under the 128 limit.
My goal was to get it joined to a for sale plot near it, that I didn't have tier and funds to buy and join myself, but a land flipper bot took it instead, and its still for sale.
