At SL I have a Premium account and I have a Paypal account to make payments to SL. At this moment I have more L$ than I want, so I want to sell L$ and receive the correspondent value in USD$ into my Paypal account (real money  ). My question: When I sell L$ at the LindexExchange the USD$ goes to my PayPal account? If the answer is yes I haven't no further questions. But if the USD$ goes to my SL account, how can I transferer the USD$ from my SL account to my PayPal account? Tks |

Since you can't use USD$ anywhere on SL, yes it would go to your Paypal  At least that is how I have understood it. And it makes sense..

No - if you go to your account page, you will see that it will then show a US $ balance. If you leave it there, it will simply be used to pay your next tier and/or membership fees. In the left column is a "Process Credit" option --- use this to send the money to your Paypal account.

When you use the LindeX to exchange currency, the funds go first to your SL account as a credit. You then go to your Account page and click on the credit amount showing and elect to cash the credit out through Paypal, check, or.. something else (can't remember the other option). If you select Paypal, it costs you 1USD for the transaction, and the amount is then transferred to your Paypal account and you can expect the funds to actually show up there 2-3 days later.
