Please describe in detail what steps you are taking to download the client, and what the result of each step is.
Honestly, we need some detail to be able to help. Also, is your computer profile set to allow downloads and program installation? _____________________

Does it download a bit (i.e. 1%?) Does it stop suddenly? Like Annabelle said, more detail is required ![]() _____________________

First of all don't use Internet Explorer. You should http://browsehappy.com and get http://getfirefox.com Firefox is a much better and safer browser. Basically IE copied most of its features, but Firefox is still better than IE. If it doesn't work with Firefox then you have eliminated the possibility of it being a browser related problem ![]() _____________________

Is your firewall stopping the download?
Is there malware or adware throttling your bandwitdth? Run a spy-scan, cold boot the computer, check firewall settings, and try again. _____________________

I had problems downloading - it hung halfway though and just sat there. Eventually I got hold of a freebie programme - Free Download Manager and that seemed to really speed things up, plus it will let you take up from where you r download stopped for whatever reason.
Got it here: http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ Quite like it and find it useful. |
