Purchased Lindens Havent Recieved them

Hey everyone, first post. I purchased some lindens today at noon through paypall. Ive been waiting for my account to be credited but nothing seems to be happening. How long does it usually take for an account to be credited?

i have the same problem

but i bought 3 monthes ago lol..
it appears on my secondlife.com eccount but from some reasone it stayed as a dolar and not turn to linden, and the only way to use it is send it back to paypal:-q

Hi Slash.

You can go to your "Dashboard" and "Shopping" and log in on XStreetsl. Sometimes people are confused by LL's strange system.
It's harder to find "Account" and buy §L to use inside SL.

Buying US$ credit just gets you US$ credit. You have to buy L$ with that credit, or use it to pay for your account, or whatever.

Go to your account page and look on the left. Under "Lindex Exchange" hit "Manage". Then you can "Buy L$" with your US$ credit.

If you bought the L$ straight out and it's your first time, the purchase may be "held" until it clears your payment type. I'd usually wait 24 hours before filing a support ticket or calling billings.

If you didn't buy the L$ straight out and instead added USD credit to your account, you'll have to use the LindeX to buy the L$.

Also, did you buy them via the LindeX or via XStreet's currency exchange? If you did the XStreet's version, you'll have to withdraw the L$ from that account into your SL account.
