Does anyone else have issues with loging into onrez? For the last couple of months its SO irritating for me to try and get in to manage my online store...i repeatedly try to login, and it just hangs for agesss...sometimes i can reload and im in...mostly i cant.
I try to upload photos of my products to sell them, and its so hit & miss if i can actually do anything on their site...i prefer onrez in many ways over SLX...but the ability to log in is sort of crucial and with the minimum of fuss, slx works every time, straight in no problems...whats with onrez?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?
I don't log in to OnRez that much but I don't recall having any trouble when I do. I just happened to log in to onrez.com yesterday from the in-viewer browser and got a free item yesterday with no problem.

Repeatedly trying to log in, each page loading reallllly slowly, sometimes not at all...whereas everything else i use online is just the same as its always been... Im irritated, i like onrez...and would love to continue running my store on their site..but without the ability to log in smoothly..its beginning to be more hassle than i like?

Anyone else having this problem?

I can log in and update my items, but that website is very slow all the time, that's the main problem I guess ^^'

Yeah, it is slow for me too, though I have been able to log on and add products as recently as last night.
I WISH they would allow us the option to remember our log-in and password so that when you went to the site, you were automatically logged in. It would be a real timesaver as a buisness owner who checks in on things there, sometimes several times per day. As it is now, everytime I log in I have to do it manually, and as you said, it is s-l-o-w.
Leaving the page open doesn't help either, as the auto log out time is really short.
It's too bad too, bc/ once you are in I really like the look and organization of their site.

I see an old post in the OnRez blog about SL performance affecting their website. That could explain a lot of things.

No, I don't think SL's preformance has anything to do with the slowness of logging into Onrez. It's been like this for at least two months now and makes me wish like heck they had a cookie for us to stay logged in. The only reason I didn't complain is that I figured they were aware of it after all this time and were trying to fix it. Not that they posted any such thing in their blog...
Frankly, I think it's acting like SLB did towards it's end. Which is a shame, since I actually like Onrez's mass edit feature.

I started a thread at sluniverse.com about the problem. Maybe some posts there in addition to some here will get their attention.
There's an email support address at onrez, support@onrez.com .
I just used onrez's onsite support ticket system to file a support ticket about slow logins.
