Learning to post merchandise

I'm using FC-Room Switch Commercial Version v2.10 to make a multi rezz product to sell.....i'm having trouble getting the settings so i can sell them.......it won't allow me to give to anyone and when i have out inworld it says i am creator and owner but when i pull into inventory it doesn't know who the creator is.....any advice or a place with good instructions?

It it says "unknown" as the creator when it's in your inventory, that means you have a mix. There is at least one object or script or something in the prims' inventory that has a different creator. You'll need to find those and check their permissions, probably one of those is no transfer and getting in your way.
