Not sure if this is the right area to post this..or if it's been discussed before. Tried searching but didn't find anything..

I seem to have a problem with joint of the back of my avatar's head when it looks down...

It shows a little yellow space even with hair on.
It looks like this:

I'm unsure of how to fix this.

Perhaps you have something attached somewhere on or near your head.

That's what it looks like, blond system hair. Take your hair off, and go into appearance, and see if you can tweak it out.

It looks to me like mesh hair showing through your prim hair. Put on a bald wig. IM me in game if you don't have one.

I suppose that I should treat this more seriously. After all, leaking brains . . . ick!

This isn't a demo hair, right?

If you can't see the yellow thing when you detach your hair (i.e., if it's NOT system hair), then make a copy of it (assuming it's copy), and reattach it. If it is modifiable, then right click, choose "Edit," and then choose the "Edit Linked Items" box. Then, click on the yellow thing, which should be highlighted by itself. Choose Position, and move it out to see what the hell it is. If it looks like an incredibly complicated series of circuits and computer chips, then you have been controlled robotically by someone else. If it is a golden saucer, then you were obviously hit by a discus and didn't realize that you had suffered a near-fatal injury.

Delete the thingy, whatever it is. Detach the hair again, after renaming it something you will remember, and then reattach. All of those strange voices in your head that were telling you to hunt down Pserendipity Daniels should now disappear.

But, hey. It's almost certainly just system hair anyway, so just remove the hair, go to Appearance mode, choose "Hair," and pull all the hair sliders to zero. Then make sure you are wearing a bald cap, and reattach the hair.

haha Scylla...thank you for making me laugh.

So I took off my prim hair--
I went to appearance but the hair tab says cannot modify..You do not have permission to modify this wearable.

appearance screen if it is of any help:

Edit: Ohh it was the base hair I had on. I had on one that said it was eyebrows that came with my shape. I switched to the hair base I got with my skin and it seems to have solved the problem

That tells me there's something in there........ open your inventory and type in the Search at the top 'Worn' Look at everything that you are wearing and see if, from that you can figure out what that is, and take it off. Don't forget to let us know, that is interesting.
