i play on vista and just recently downloaded the lastest drivers when i try to start up the game my computer goes into wierd colors and says second life requires (32-bit) to run in a window its running at 32 can anyone help me

Lisa, what card have you got and when you go into Display settings, is it definitely showing as Highest (32 bit) and have you received any messages from Vista saying that the display driver has stopped working?

I update my drivers often but have found that latest is sometimes not always best with me having to roll the display ones back on at least two occasions. The last time that happened, SL still opened okay but now and then these weird triangles appeared on my screen.

Do you have any other games on your computer that use openGL and if so are they working okay with the new drivers?

I suppose if the problem started after you installed the drivers you could roll back the drivers.
