I have been on sl since october and love it! But, today I have logged on three times and each time, I'm a short sporty messed up version of myself...my appearance is completely different. I went into my inv and thought I'd wear my shape again, but the message I am getting says, Can't change appearance until clothing and shape are loaded.
I have waited for half hour for it to load, nothing happens. I have logged out and logged in to the same thing. Any advise plzzzz?

Things were borked earlier. Clear your cache and relog. If that doesn't fix the problem then try logging in to a different location.

Try clearing your cache.
CTRL+P for preferences, network tab, button says 'Clear Cache'. Click that, then hit Apply, then relog.
Things will have to load again completely, but it just might fix it.
