In the Debug Menu, is there a setting to take advantage of Dual Core processors, or is that standard now?

There is no option in the client. It SHOULD happen automatically. I have heard a few reports though, recently, of the latest client requiring the old processor affinity tweak, but I've not personally experienced any problems.
