If you are absolutely sure the password you are entering is correct, then your only option is to contact Billing (info below). Note that the hours have been expanded so they are now available 24/7, and that you can also choose to contact them through Live Chat (ask me if you need help finding that).

it is def. the right one
Is your Caps Lock key on and your password in mixed (upper and lower), or all lower case? If so, turn off your Caps Lock.

If your password contains numbers, are you using the numeric keypad to enter them? If so, make sure the Num Lock key is on.

Are you using a different keyboard than the one you used to originally create your password? Some keyboards have different placements for special characters like $,#,@,&.
