I am looking to buy a new gun for combat, I am currently using an Iron Sight Colt M4A1 which I like, but I know there are better assault weapons. I can't think of anyone better to ask than the people that own or have used lots of different assault weapons in combat. I would love to hear your opinions on any legal combat weapon. Not including free weapons or fairlight.

I highly recommend the Smith & Wesson 500. Ammo is a tad pricey but it only takes one so overall it works out.

Oh you meant virtual weapons? lol

now you go on a real life forum where 'men who are men and sheep are afraid' talk serious gun issues and make jokes about virtual guns, how long would you stay alive in the real world?

P.S. not that that was a threat to take you out in the virtual world of course!

MystiTool.

Oh, you meant weapons that LOOK like weapons? I've seen lotsa honkin' big guns, with laser sights and all sorts of bells and whistles...but nothing that's actually more effective than my M1911A1 custom .45 from Gunslinger Kurosawa. And I can wear it without having to haul on cammies or a ninja suit to complete the look.

Omicron and Mytitool for effectiveness.

I have some fun weapons like dual desert eagles and some old time looking dual guns that I wear in my pirate getup but I wouldn't trust myself to shoot strait enough. Omicron makes it all to easy ;)

I'm still kind of partial to my AR15.

Walk softly and carry a big stick. (Sneak up behind the buggers, smack them round the head and run away before they work out what's happening).

I think I had one of those pistols once, where when you fire it a flag with 'bang' comes out. Very handy if you're in a savage life-or-death situation with someone who's deaf or has the sound turned off.
