So basically i'm looking for a new home in SL but this time i want to rent a home within a community of some kind (surrounded by a beach would be really cool). I'm wanting to set up home in a really cool place where i can meet people, make friends etc. So if any of you live in a place like that and have a suggestion please let me know  Oh and if possible to keep the rental 300L$ or below. Thanks xoxo |

In SL people tend to get homes for privacy and go out to meet people. But I like that idea. It'd be like a welcome area with beds.

There must be a gazillion of 'em, but from experience I recommend that you look up Faithless Babii. She has rentals in different types of community settings, and one of them is a group of cute beach houses. Her units come furnished (very tastefully) and if I recall the beach houses are in your price range, or maybe even a little less. The only problem is finding a vacancy! Fai is WAY pleasant and is not ony honest but helpful as well, and so is her staff. My experience as a tenant there was positive and I only left because I'm a bit of a wanderer. I'd do business there again for sure. No, she doesn't pay me to say these things ... other than the warm "thank you" she sends my way when I get caught recommending her. . |

I recommend Skybeam Estates. I've had my own spot there for over a year now and the community is fantastic. There are weekly events such as parties, movies, games, and more. And the estate owner is really nice and helps with any issues you'll have
