Jira Spam ???

Starting this week, I am getting a couple of messages from the JIRA every day. With subject lines like "[JIRA] Issue Comment Edited:.(VWR-691 ... ", or "[JIRA] Updated: (VWR-691 ..."

So far, they all involve VWR-6918. They seem to start as IM's, but get forwarded to my email.

I do not have now, nor have I ever had any knowledge of issue VRR-6918. I have never had spontaneous messages sent to me from the JIRA before, although I do look at it from time to time, and occasionally even vote.

Anyone know why JIRA has started spamming me? Any ideas on how to make it stop?

I can tell you exactly why, your name is on the Watch List. You will get emails when comments are updated on that Jira.
