Listing things on SLX

Ok so I liostted a few things on SLX (YAY very exciting!! ) to test the waters, and try out this selling things stuff. Anyway I am curious do they show up immeditately? Or do they take a while before they show up in seach? Also when someone buys something does the money go straight into my account in world?? or does it go into my SLX account and i transfer it in world??

They show up almost instantly.

And the money is in your SLEX account. You can transfer it to your Linden balance through the atms and I *think* through the website as well.

Yep, I just found it. To withdraw via the website, click my account.. then my funds and there are links for withdraw.

I don't see your items yet. Did you make them active?

That will show all in your box. Be sure that your items are in the bottom portion (active inventory). If for some odd reason they are not you can edit the items there and click the active box.

Look in the My Inventory section and make sure they are listed in the active inventory section. If not, go into My Items, check their boxes, and pick Active from the Set Status menu.

ok everything appears to be showing as active under the active inventory list.... i dhope i didnt do anything wrong

There may just be a delay on their end. I see that you have three items in the merchants listing, but your page is still coming up empty.

But the wrist band should be easy enough to resize

/me giggles.... yes there are, i have been taking pictures and uploading them all evening.... a sllloooooowww process though with my connection. IT doesnt like uploading the pics to SLX while on SL but they are getting there

hehehe I literally have a shop full of things I have made, but dont have the money at the moment to purchase the land for it (my girl and I just got a plot for our home, so we have to build up funds again), so in the meantime it is all going on SLX ... heheh well as fast as i can it is

Why don't you rent space in a mall or a commercial area rather than purchasing land for a store? A mall also has the advantage in that people who come to see other stores might walk around and find yours.

I think you'd only need a small space, you could set up shop and beam the news out to Fashion Consolidated and that would help to get your name out there for a start. Just a thought

I am planning on doing both at some point, but we have 1024 of spare tier, so all we will need is the initial land cost, there will be no more monthly cost if we buy. Either way I need to do the display pics or a shop so SLX is getting my butt in gear in that respect but I do need to find some cheap things to make a male avie to shwo things off on and edit things on (hmmm must shop for that)
