My friend, who is a relative Noob on the planet here, But he's got a very specific character in mind, and is really looking for something specific. And I'm going to try and put it in terms we can all understand: He's looking for the William Shatner Turbo 2000  Any ideas?

lol - I like you. You have weird friends.
I wish I had an answer for you, though. I go for hair that is exactly the opposite of that look. Try a somewhere like Hairspray that has a lot of stores together. HCT might have something like that as well. I really like Virtual Creations, but they only have a handful of male styles and I don't think they have one like that.
Good luck - good male hair that's something other than the typical 23 year old spiky club guy or the bangs-over-the-face emo guy is tough to find.

I should note that there is a side-burn less version that I have just not gotten around to wearing, though I looked at it before I bought the hair.  It is, obviously enough, a completely different hair-style. I suppose the only similarity is the shortness of the hair.
