Any new scripted attachments/HUDs, or new settings you have been playing with in old attachments? Does it happen if someone else stands up on your parcel?

Last person who had this issue had a weird security system they forgot to turn off.

It could be an odd combination of mega-prims somewhere on the sim that's causing problems on your parcel as well.

Have someone else try as well to see if the same thing happens to them, if it does, enable push restriction on your land and try once more. Also check Help / Pushes (can't remember the exact name right now :o) to make sure neither of you is getting pushed around. Try with different poseballs/furniture to rule out a script gone bad as well.

If you live on an estate, the sim owner will have to look around the sim to look for mega-prims that are causing problems if you can't find a normal cause, if it's the mainland you can put in a ticket and ask for a Linden to have a look around and just return whatever is the cause.

This does sound like something (possibly a megaprim) that should be phantom but isn't. When mounting or dismounting the poseballs and teleporters, do you hear a kind of "klunk"? That indicates that the agent is colliding with something non-phantom at the sit target position, which will often cause it to have trouble finding proper "footing" when dismounting. (It could easily be other furniture, poseballs gone non-phantom, "structural" walls and floors, in addition to a megaprim that somebody erroneously thought could be hollowed and left non-phantom.)

My suggestion is mega prims also.

I had the same problem with them. One time because of a mega prim I rezzed ( a 20 x 20 x .5)
and another time because someone else was using mega prims.
