Alright, so I just got back from wiping my computer and getting my internet fixed.

Since reinstalling SL I've had problems with my clothes. Such as a pair of my pants turn white at the bottom for no reason, so they are pin stripe then randomly white. Another pair were shorts and when I put them on, my legs were covered in a black/gray bumpy texture.

Also one of my skins is messed up, the eyebrows and eyelashes are white when all my sliders are set so it appears black.

I've looked through the forums and I've found no thread talking about this, maybe I just missed it? Anyone know how to fix these problems? Is it a known bug?

I have had the same problem. If I wear a jacket tattoo, my pants turn orange. Nothing I have tried has fixed this. Only thing I have been able to find is that SL hates new video drivers. If you can find a previous version of your drivers, try installing them and see if that fixes it. I haven't been able to find an older version of drivers so I haven't been able to test this out.

This has been an on going jira ......

One of the fixes (and I have Nvidia 8800, this fix works for me) when you log in....under your advanced tab in your tool bar....go to Rendering....and un-check Palletized textures. You might also have to re-bake to make the fix work....but thus far for me....as soon as I un-check that setting....my borked textures return to normal. If they don't....I just quicky click on edit appearance and they revert to normal.

The only iritation is you have to do it every time you log in....but if the fix works for you as it does for me....this isn't such a big deal. ;)
