If it's just your stuff and you own the land, you simply turn on the autoreturn. If you are a part of the group that owns the land, set (don't deed) the items to the group and turn the auto return on.

If you are the sole landowner Autoreturn won't return your objects, only your guests.
If your land is group-owned then it gets a lot more complicated. In that case everything will get returned if it isn't set to the land group I believe.
Anyone knows better feel free to correct me please...
