Flickr...has it become terribly slow?

Has Flickr become terribly slow for you? It can take as long as 5 minutes to load a page of thumbnails from it, accessed from the linky on blog.secondlife.com. And the subsequent pages, when I hit "Next," are also incredibly slow. Has Yahoo/Flickr become constipated because of the Microsoft takeover offer (my best guess, but what do I know?)?

It was me. Or rather, it was Zone Alarm. Or maybe even Flickr. I have ZA set to block cookies from tracking sites. Flickr musta changed the way its cookies look or ZA has become twisted. If I turn off ZA privacy for cookies, Flickr loads as fast as it ever has. Again, thank you!!
PS. Suezanne, I remember you taking that picture in Ahern greeting center, as was, once. Near the old balloon take-off point. Thank you!

No, not a comics fan. I forget where I saw some art on-line from the comic, followed links and found this portrait. Ghost's mood in that picture suited mine at the time. I'd lost a whole new community of friends due to the closing of the game around which the community centered. And, I liked the pun, since ghosting is what we did mostly, when we were together in the same city. They've resumed the game--URU On-Line--but it's lost that special attraction for me. Many of my friends and I passed on to Second Life, which was a remarkably apt name for us, at the time.
