Newbie Question about Deeding Objects (e.g. Radio)

Hi -

I searched the forums but didn't see this specific problem mentioned (but apologies if it has been).

I am renting a skybox at the moment and bought a jukebox (with editable) stations to drop in the place. However, when I drop it and edit, I can select share with group but the Deed button is grayed out. So, even though I have customized the stations, it can't control the parcel's audio stream.

The landlord gave me a copy of the small radio face used in the houses, which I edited and was able to deed to the group, getting my custom stations but I'd really like to make the jukebox work in its place.

Clicking on a few of the furnishings around the skybox, I notice that some objects can be deeded while others cannot, but I don't see a difference in their settings that would cause this.

Any ideas on why I can't deed the jukebox? The creator says I should be able to do so... is there a land setting involved that the landlord needs to change?

Thanks!

if the item is no transfer it can`t be deeded as ownership is transferd to the group

Yep, that seemed to be it - confusion was that the items the creator was sending me were, on his end, marked as transfer allowed, but they were arriving on my side as no transfer. I'd been having connectivity issues with the internet, so I wonder if that jacked something up.

Either way, he got me a transfer copy of the object, so I hope that solves the problem (I can now deed it).

Thanks!
