First of all, I post this second time since I want more replys. I apologize for the double posting. I got a nice reply with 3 LM's but I want more. *smiles* I don't think I find many good corsets in SL. It's either bad quality (not sharp textures, blurry lines and mismatching seams) or it's not looking like a real corset should. What is advertised as corsets is often lacy bustiers. They are pretty but I want the tightlaced look. The best I got so far is from SF design, Hugos Design and Szentasha. But I want more to vary with. Here's some from RL that I love: Anyone know where I can find corsets like these in SL? I have made a "corset shape" that's a lot like the one in the bottom left. I just love this style, I am in a goth/vampire/Bettie Page style right now....

Hire one of the creators from one of the three stores you liked to make you a custom??
Or practice practice practice.. and make them yourself? Perhaps you've found a niche that needs filling.

Hi Marianne, I couldn't see your pic or link in your post I like Reasonable Desires for corsetry, although it is vintage 40's / 50's stuff and perhaps not what you are looking for.

Pixel Dolls has a corset top suitable to wear with skirts and pants called Noveau Corset, but it only comes in light colors. The style is somewhat similar to the one in the top right of your pic.
Apple May Designs has an outfit called Morning Glory that is a dress with a lace top, corset, and fishtail skirt, but it comes in several layers so you could mix and match with other pieces.
I couldn't see the pic either but I went to its properties and c/p the url into the browser.

My store is Baby Monkey, and is in Dindrane Elfor. I can send you some pics in world, if you like.

Marianne, I think you probably need to expand your search into fetish wear to get the type of look you are seeking. As you mention, most corsets do tend to be on the frilly side, more "lingerie" looking. If I'm hearing your right, it seems you're looking more for something which will cinch you in, give you an hourglass figure and you're not going to find that in a regular lingerie store. It definately tends to be more of a specific look which I think you'll find for sure in more adult themed shops.

Try KaS Designs.
They have a nice prim based corset that works and looks great and is colorable by menu as well, with 4 levels of tightness

I second that! It is so cute! Have you looked at Oubliette? or Inferno? Check some BDSM stores too.

KaS - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Freihafen/138/71/22Really only tight fitting corset that actually reduces your waist. It is attachement that is fitted to your body. Bit hard to fit first time, and you might need to adjust your shape bit. Newest version also have normal clothing layer corsets. Trilobiteware - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Hundertwasser/164/226/23Good looking clothing corsets.

Pep (Just as examples . . .) Let me see what I can do... tell me if it doesn't work? If you can see it, this is my corset shape with my latest purchase form Hugo's design and "Bettie Page" hair. I will take a look around and really have fun I hope they provide cosets on jacket layer so I can use it over dresses and gowns. And yes, it's tightlaced waistcincer, hourglass-shape I'm looking for.

Definitely check out Trilobiteware. I will mention, unless something has changed, the vendor pics tend not to do the corsets justice.

Here is an awesome page of the kinds of corset's you're looking for...they're just not made into SL yet. I'm sure you can get someone interested in doing something like this though. http://www.flickr.com/photos/89313725@N00/1048908115/
