New idea: what do you think?

I don't remember which thread it was, but someone asked yesterday about an idea for their sim. When another person commented that if we had a good idea, who would just post it in the open and I said I would for one.

Well, here's my idea.

While hanging out at a dance club, the typical best butt or whatever events and all the usual stuff going on I wondered about a few things. It's not really the events that bring people in and the prize money is really not that big of a draw. The conversation was kind of dragging and I see this in a lot of clubs. Going on the assumption that talking will hold people longer than eye candy, I tried to think of a ""contest" way to get people talking.

Trivia is one way and I have seen some places uses this with some success.

So ... how do you think a Truth or Dare 'sploder would go over?
Instead of giving prizes for the best in done-it-all-before, that money would go to the 'sploder
To enter, you have to take a Truth or Dare card.
On timer, the 'sploder gives out a split to all who entered like normal.

Possibly have your hostess verifing whether the card was answered/performed.
Limit the entries to one per person for each cycle.

So, can this be scripted and do you think it would worth while?

We have Truth or Dare at the Cartel Hangout. Makes for lots of merriment when people are in the mood.

Can get kind of confusing if too many people are involved tho. Don't know how it would work in a club setting. But it is fun amongst friends.

In all honesty, this does not sound interesting to me. But hey...I don't frequent clubs, and feel that all the games are mundane and carbon-copies of one another.

I'd go for that, although "truth" is a slippery concept in SL.

I'd play that.
