several AOs have kneel animations, could be any of the ninja/martial arts ones.
As for the avatar, reminds me of one of the luskwood ones. But not sure as to the type... want to say it's been modded a bit

From: Forza Ninetails YES it was at luskwood :z cool, usually can find the ones you see at the rocket city fur meet. most furry avatar makers have vendors there. Other spots are the northstar mall or the furnation mall

The pose looks like one of the standard freebie spiderman/batman poses that come with Poser 1. "rooftop-crouch" I think.
