Need Help to Show friends Video from my PC on my land in SL !

Hello guys ..
i search for a Tutorial (english or german would be nice) or anything else ..how can i show friends, a private Video in SL on my land !
on a easy way is that possible ?
what musst i do ? i have searched the forum but dont find anything what i understand good...only that i need .mov files
i can stream music with Winamp at this time, that gonna very well ! Is there a easy way to do that with Videos ?

Drop your .mov file onto some webspace that can stream, and drop the URL for the .mov file into the video URL for your land. You will need a simple video prim for playback - there should be one in your inventory library (media player).

You could upload to You Tube, but you won't get playback in SL. Maybe one day.....

This is what I understand about video in SL: You can't send video directly from your PC to SL. You have to send it and store it on a server. There are some free services which allow this storage, and I can't remember the names (go to Google); but there are some limitations. And there are commercial sites providing this service for a fee. Anyway, once your video is stored on such a server, you would have a url for its specific address. It's this url that you plug into the media slot for your land.
