Am I suppose to pack my items up? Can I sell anything in a yard sale? How do I get rid of this stuff!

You can choose whether to pack them or not - that is up to you. Many items are easiest just rezzed. People will probably want to see what a piece of furniture, for example, really looks like before buying.
