Can you mute a group? I thought it was just avatars and objects.
If you are next so someone you've muted, I think they appear all grey and have the word Muted over their heads with their name. (Might depend on if you're using a recent viewer or not.) Otherwise, as others have suggested, just open your Mute list and see who's there.
