Okay so I'm stuck on a demo skin and can't seen to be able to get rid of it! I've got "Dr Life demo" stamped on my right cheeck and it does not look very nice.

I'm running out of ideas.. not that I had many anyway

PLEASE HELP!

You have tried to WEAR other skins?

Try Rebake -- under the Advanced / Character menu (advanced is ctrl + alt + D) - also try clearing cache and relogging.

Brianna, I'm afraid you might just have to learn to live with the awful tattoo and probably equally as appalling skin. It's an SL "trick" that all who fall for have to develop a whole new avi.

Yep, you can not take off a skin like you can an article of clothing, just wear the skin you were wearing before the demo. If you are not sure what skin you were wearing, look through your inventory in the library, there are several skins there now. And don't worry, SL gets easier and at least you don't have to worry about wearing boxes on your hands now like we did.

huhm! I actually believed that!

Okay... I did try wearing a new skin which got rid of the face tattoo however... the other skin says Im still wearing it... oh, and did I mention I have MASSIVE feet?

Is it possible to wear two at the same time? Or is there a magic reset button that can undo everything???

This whole big foot/tattoed face would be funny if it wasn't so annoying.

The feet size are part of the Shape not the Skin.

You can get back to default stuff by going into the library and choosing an avatar shape and skin to wear.

The large feet would be part of a shape instead of a skin. Try wearing another shape from your library.

grrrrr, my memory sucks! You are absolutely right, the boxes did use to default to the head and when you got over the embarrassment of having the box up there and removed it you were then standing in the middle of a crowd completely bald!!!!

I will never forget the time a newbie attached a whole house to himself on the dance floor in a busy club. Bet he didn't realize you could wear a house

We had to tell him how to detach it lol
