cost of land?

hi everyone well i have to decide if i wanna stay where i am witch is about 12000 sq m of land and 830 prims for 8000 lindens a month or move witch will require packing and re rezing every thing. to a new island .. these are islands by the way .. private owner. anyway the place i was thinking of moving to is a 1/4 sim around 16000 sq m.. and around 930 prims.. so its obvious there is more for less money at the new place but i dont feel like moving everything again .. its not gonna hurt my landlord because they own both islands. so im not putting them out.. just dont know if i should jump on it or is that much more prims and land worth it? i guess is what im looking for is u experts to say ...... your crazy if u dont take it.... or its not worth the hasel.. but i will put up with the move it is like.. hell yes u should move!!! any inputs

I think 8000 is about the norm for 1/4 homestead sim and personally I can always use the extra prims. It really doesn't take long to pack up, usually for me about 5-10mins

Also think of the fun you'll have starting over, new terraforming, a change is as good as a holiday........but, that's just me, I love moving.

Can you ask the Landlord to give you the extra space on the land you are now?, If he owns both sims, surely it shouldn't make a difference if you stayed where you are and had the space and prims there instead of the other sim.
My place is 16000m2 for just over L$8000 pm aswell. I love the space and the extra prims. It is a good deal and if you move over, I am sure you will enjoy decorating it. every time I Move I end up having a different theme to the place so why not explore your wild side or inner being with the space lol. I made like a tribal jungle and Love it

yes i think ill take it i have also always wanted to do some kinda jungle theme.. would love to see your place diesel for some ideas so u all think the extra prims and land at the same price is worth the move? i kinda do to just hate leaving my neighbors.. kinda sad

yes skyblue i ask the landlord for more prims and space but they said they couldnt do it at that sim... something about the new one is homestead .. i dont know its over my head maybe i will keep both? has anyone did that and if so any ideas on how to make both in to different little nooks

Maybe a Sandwich Island sim which would be perfect if it included a witch doctor.
