I would like to create an eldery man (bald, rumpled white suit, and perhaps a cigar), but have no idea where to start.

Tableau had some shapes and skins. I think Diversity Hair has a couple of balding styles too.

Try searching for Skyshop. I've never looked for the store, but I know they have a free elderly woman avatar available in the Fabulously Free store, so they probably do an elderly male, too. If you can't find them, head to FabFree in Talisman and pick up the elderly female avatar, then check the creator's name on one of the items. The store's probably in their picks
