Has anybody got any money out of this 'sub-prime' thing, or is that Risk API still thieving all the cash?

The following has nothing to do with anything, but it is more entertaining and informative than another "Thieving LL, Risk API" post.
Fox News: Bhutto Attacked by Killer Tiger from San Francisco by Travis Irvine Exclusive to STR January 2, 2008 On the morning of Benazir Bhutto’s assassination, I sat oblivious to world events in a small restaurant/bar in Columbus, Ohio. As I ate my Turkey Rueben Special, I glanced up at Fox News on the television, which was headlining two stories: Benazir Bhutto had been killed in Pakistan, and a killer tiger had escaped from the San Francisco zoo and attacked someone. I sat shocked at the news of the former prime minister’s death. The bartender, who had looked up occasionally, asked me, “Wait, how did the tiger get to Pakistan?” I looked at him. Humbled with disbelief, I put my head in my hand and replied, “I don’t know. Super tigers?” http://www.strike-the-root.com/81/irvine/irvine1.html _____________________

But why the heck didn't you just not respond and let this thread fade on out? Are you really that bored? _____________________

Has anybody got any money out of this 'sub-prime' thing, or is that Risk API still thieving all the cash?[/IQUOTE] I don't see how the Risk API can be "thieving". Grossly defective, perhaps, but I don't see how it could be taking stuff that doesn't belong to it. I don't know what you mean by the "sub-prime" thing. I do recall there being reports of severe problems with the Risk API over a very long time that have apparently reappeared a number of times, and I've heard a few reports inworld that suggest it is failing again. I don't own a business or having any financial interests that would cause me to find out about problems with the Risk API. If I'm hearing about it inworld it's because it is failing enough that people are going to Help Island Public to ask mentors about frequently enough that it captures my attention. Lately, in the past month or two, I followed a link to discussion of Risk API problems in the jira and on slexchange.com. It sounds to me like there is a chronic, reappears after it's said to be fixed, severe failure in the results the Risk API produces. _____________________

Suzanne, do a search on the OP's postings. He/she has compared the API to the Nazi party.

Suzanne, do a search on the OP's postings. He/she has compared the API to the Nazi party. Does that mean that this thread was pre-Godwined right from the start? _____________________

Does that mean that this thread was pre-Godwined right from the start? So I've already whipped off my pants and waved them in salute? _____________________
