FWIW, Abbotts is next door to Sandbox Cordova (which is next to Sandbox Goguen, next to Sandbox Newcomb, next to Sandbox Wanderton--which has edge-of-world "water" on 3 sides).

"G" Cordova is one of the biggest I know of.. pretty sure it's full sim, yeah Lotsa stupid people too....like most sandboxes lol, but it's the one I use if I need more than 500 prims for a build. (That is my current buffer on my land)
