I am planning to open a new club! I would love it if any one could direct me to some guild or tips on how to do some of the following: 1) hire help, i.e. manager, host 2) pay scale. I need to know how to pay and be fair to my employees! Also ways to give xtra so they are happy.
I have been looking for one of those dummie guilds, but can't seem to find the right one!
