Or sometimes they'll move out-of-sync with what she's doing (running, walking, standing, even sitting). Is anybody else having this problem? If so, how did you fix it? I tried clearing out my cache and deleting some files from my computer, but nothing's working.

Sounds like lag, or a partial disconnect to me. Are you on a wireless connection? Open your lag meter (I think it's in the help menu) and see if one of the buttons goes red when this happens. That might give you some idea of what's causing it.

A remote possibility: if you've started editing appearance while sitting on something, your animation can get stuck in a weird version of the edit pose. Going back into edit appearance briefly will fix this.
