I rent a sim and i am a store owner. I see a lot of stores changeing there sim rating to PG . How do i change my Mature rating to PG ?

You need to change the maturity rating of the sim.
World/ Region/Estate and there a rating drop down.
I'm not sure why you want to do this though, some of your parcels appear in PG, some in Mature and some in Adult, BDSM will put you in the adult category if you use that in a parcel description.

You may have seen a few regions changing to PG but the overall trend is the other way - PG private estates regions are declining in number
Since adult classification (April 24th) came in , the total number of PG rated Private estate regions has declined from 3441 to 3255 even though total number of private regions has grown from 21405 to 23361. They were 16% of privates estates and now only make up 14%.
