How far back can we look at transactions

I think its kinda dumb that we can't look back farther than a month

What if we have a discrepancy with someone who says they paid you money or whatever the case may be and you know you weren't paid but it was over a few months before, how can you check that you did get the money.

Export your transactions every month and keep your own records. :-)

You have the ability to download and save the logs for a month. I suggest you download each month and keep a copy, then you can go back as far as you need.

Ugh.... I tried saving my transaction history every month. I stopped after about a month. Do they just throw away all of our sales data?

Heck I can look back all the way to 2006 in SLEX! Why can't LL do that too?

Actually, you have to do it more often than every month to avoid missing some, if what the site says is accurate (it says 30 days, not 31). Even if it's 31, you'd have to do it at the same time every month to avoide gaps and overlaps. A safer bet is to save 15 days of transactions every two weeks.

In any case, you have to delete the overlaps, if you're going to use the data for charting and stuff.
