Remove groups from profile

Is there a way I can remove groups I've joined from showing in my profile? I still want to belong to the groups but not having everybody knowing which ones.

Yup... click on the group you want to remove, click on the info tab. Then on the lower right hand corner, uncheck "show in my profile". :)
