Hello, a strange glitch has happened to me recently. I am building with several people, who have given me edit rights, to move and edit their objects. The past few weeks when I click on one of their objects and edit, the page is greyed out, I can't read it, and am not able to move or edit anything. I checked I have the right group tag on, and also that they have allowed me to edit, the box is checked. Now when i click on any object made by anyone other than myself, to check the prim count of anything the whole page is greyed out. i just downloaded the new viewer, cleared cache etc. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have any easy solutions, before i contact LL? Thanks  |

You made sure that Tools / Select only my Objects isn't checked?  |

To get another person's object to show up in the Edit window, I've always got to try it twice.

Make sure "Select only my objects" isn't turned on, and make sure the items aren't Locked.

I cant seem to find "Select only my objects" since i got the new viewer. Where was it under again? I cant even seem to find Tools

From: Kavana Liberty I cant even seem to find Tools Click on the Build button, Edit anything or use any of the Ctrl-1 through Ctrl-4 keyboard shortcuts to get the menu to show. (The Tools menu is coming back the way it was in 1.21) |
