LL is promoting 3dConnexion's SpaceNavigtor joystick for use in SL. I went to 3dConnexion's website to buy one @ standard US$ 59 , where the SL promotion throws in a free set of headphones (est US$ 10 retail).
Got hit with $ 12.50 minimum shipping fee, imo ripoff. Annoyed. Thought about it, continued. Then got hit again with USA sales tax US$ 4 . Total about US$ 75 . Got pissed. Went to Amazon, cost for new SpaceNavigator was US$ 52, free shipping, no sales tax, no headphones. I am happy camper. doh.....  |

I wish I could get one in Germany for any of those prices. At Amazon it's 55 EUROS. Meh.

If you're thinking about buying some Adobe Software.. you can buy the Space Navigator, at CompUSA or TigerDirect, and if you buy qualifying Adobe software, you can get a $20 rebate.

Amazon UK is best for UK buyers, at just under £40.
The Linden offer of Headphones will not work on the 3Dconnexions UK web site, think Linden miss leading us. Linden should make an amendment to say USA only. Love June |
