Here's the scenario: attached prims (part of clothing), before a teleport they were mod/transf ....after the tp one of them "transformed" into "transfer only", the other still mod/transfer but act as transfer only (you cannot edit it via editor).
There's no script inside em.. i've relogged, cleaned the cache etc... anyone experienced a similar problem before? Is it a server asset problem?

Silly question perhaps, but have you tried this:
Detach said items.
Rez them on the ground.
Take them back.
Re-attach them.

Reason I ask, I've had this happen as well, and doing this has reset the attachment to its original parameters.

I just had this happen with a skirt, which the maker kindly replaced. The outfit had just been bought, and other attachments in the set were mod/trans. The item showed in inventory as having modify permissions, but in the edit window it was nonmodify.

I just checked Jira, and I do not see a bug on this.

Joseph's workaround does usually work. I didn't try it on the skirt -- since it had just come out of a vendor I thought it would be good if the maker checked her original to be sure the perms were set right.

I did it after on the second object (with mod perms but no mod) and guess...? When it returned to my inventory it showed no mod... lol.. so i totally lost the permission.
Anyway the item has been replaced by the merchant.. since it was copy.
I've searched on jira, i've found similar problems but not exactly this.
