This is annoying

What is happening to the tp system? Before when a tp didn't go through, you would get a message that said the teleport could not complete in a timely fashion...then you could just go on your way. But now, SL is kicking you off. Then you have relog so that you're frozen is some wierd crouching position..then relog again for it to be normal? Why is SL all of a sudden kicking people off when a tp doesn't go through?

All of a sudden? This has been happening for to me for over a month now. I'd guess there's a JIRA on this, but I'm not sure or I'd vote for it.

I've been chalking it up to any or all of the followingopulation growth(unknown since the resident numbers aren't posted on the home page any more), straining asset servers, sims pushing the limit of scripts running,griefers running amuck, overuse of superprims, high prim use to limit of sim allowance. I sure there are tech savy people who can give the technical causes. I just figure it is a combination of factors. And I would assume that the tech staffers down at LL in San Francisco are in red alert when the tp's go down. I just look to see where I am and try tping somewhere closer or having a friend send me a tp. And a couple of times I just check to make sure Preferences are set to have my avie appear at HOME and I'll quit and relog.

This is happening more and more often - U usually get a good tp first time I log on and then they deteriorate. Also my lag meter shows a worsening connecton - even though my computer is FINE for sl or supposed to be. I just stay in th eclouds now in my sky houses and just come down to buy hair and clothes and skins - havent pretended this is a "social networkign system for meeting people" in months.
