I see the thread I started Got locked QUICK...new record?...lol (j/k)
Seriously though
I really wasn`t attempting to advertise anything...other than a warning to avoid that place , seein as they seem to cater to griefers in specific..per the description of that irritating gadget.
I only named the store, so people would be aware of the place, to AVOID it.
I posted the item description, because I was curious if others saw it the way I do...obious griefer tool...which should be banned.
I have NO LOVE for griefers, and the only weapons I have , are only used with consenting friends. With the exception of one incident but thats something else
So as to a question needing resident answer,,,gimme a sec...
Is there a way I could have phrased things differently to avoid confusion?
Is naming a Store or shop actually a violation? (I know naming avatars is)
The explaination is part apology for any confusion or misconception I may have caused.
The questions are legit as well

Yes. Store names, group names, name names, buisness names, etc etc, are all covered by the "no names" rule. While a bit restrictive for warnings, this is a nessicary means to prevent slandering and flame wars.
My suggestions would be 1) Obviously, remove any and all names. 2) Posting an item description (without the item name) would be fine. Though do not provide links/locations for said item. This was the "advertising" clause Strife mentioned. 3) Most forum readers are profiecient with SL to find said item on thier own, though you may state you will provide the name of the item/store/whatever via IM/PM.
Basically, generalise until all the specifics are gone.
