Hi guys! I was wondering whether you know how to write Japanese language notecards..I tried to input text but as soon as I hit enter it turns into unreadable blocks of text...Should I have some special setting or language pack support for second life? Thanks a lot ina dvance!

There's a Japanese Forum. Go to Resident Forums and scroll all the way down to International. I'm sure if you post there in English, someone is bound to answer your question. ;) Good luck!

You need the "Arial Unicode MS" font installed in order to see Unicode text in Second Life, it comes bundled with some versions of MS Office.

You require a Unicode font supported by Second Life in order to properly switch over. Office XP users have the advantage of having such a font - Arial MS Unicode - installed by default. While the original variant (Arial Unicode) may also work, this has not been tested.
