Hi guys! I was wondering whether you know how to write Japanese language notecards..I tried to input text but as soon as I hit enter it turns into unreadable blocks of text...Should I have some special setting or language pack support for second life? Thanks a lot ina dvance!

There's a Japanese Forum. Go to Resident Forums and scroll all the way down to International. I'm sure if you post there in English, someone is bound to answer your question. Good luck!

You need the "Arial Unicode MS" font installed in order to see Unicode text in Second Life, it comes bundled with some versions of MS Office. From: someone You require a Unicode font supported by Second Life in order to properly switch over. Office XP users have the advantage of having such a font - Arial MS Unicode - installed by default. While the original variant (Arial Unicode) may also work, this has not been tested. (Added quote)
