Is there a secret extra SL password?

Ive had a support ticket open on this for days but needless to say not answered yet...
I have to change the email address for my account as I have a new ISP, I log onto my account page here with my password, then click "contact info", up comes the email address I use now and a box underneath where it asks for your password.
I enter the new email and my password(the one I just used to get into my account page and also use to get into SL), Im then told "password incorrect"
I have asked someone else to try this and they also get "password incorrect", you dont need to actually change your email to test this, the "contact info" page comes up with your current email then underneath asks for your pass.
Could I just ask that if anyone has a moment, they go to their sl account page, go to "contact info" and see if the page accepts their password or not.
Its a while since I made my account but I dont remember being asked for another password for my email address, is there another pass?

I guess the standard things to ask are if shift and special characters are all correct, but I imagine you and the other person took great care to make sure to pay attention to those. (And the secret password is "*******"  |

copied and pasted, pasted to log into account, then pasted to the contact info password box, it cant be wrong

enter the old email address, not your new one. See if that works.

Pasting isn't a guaranteed way to get it right, the best method is actually typing it in correctly, sometimes copying and pasting in can take a space you cannot see, sometimes password checkers don't respond to pasted copy, I haven't a clue why, just my experience.

You might try clearing your browsers cache and or trying a different browser.
I just tried it and it worked fine for me.
Your might try changing your password, then try changing your email.
