I saw this thing on xstreet.. but I can't find it now, or even think of how to look for it.

It made a sculpt map that shaped to your land. You could pick the size, and that way you could texture the ground whatever you wanted.

We rent so I can't change the texture of the land, and I was wanting to make some snowy ground and a frozen pond <3

If anyone has the xstreet link or know where I can pick this up lemme know <3 ty.

This is the only thing I could find ...

It looks like it might only do whole regions though.

i think scuplt studio does land but i think it only does full regions as well...you could ask in the sweet sculpties group what one will do parcels..
someone in there is sure to know if there is something like that out there..

YOU could hand craft one...

...fun project.

Make a map of your land. Walk around carefully and record the height at each x,y point. The make a plane sculpt using those heights. Put it on a megaprim of the right size, and add a texture (which you also have to make.

You could also use multiple non-megaprims.

I know PeterCanessa Oh (used to?) offer this as a service. I think he did anything from a 16x16m parcel to a full sim. The trouble with all these scultped-land options though is the bounding-box. That is, you won't be able to walk on the terrain most of the time.

(Simplifying things: Sculpties occupy a cuboid space, whatever they may look like. Good furniture designers, etc. work around this as much as they can but with uneven land, having almost no flat planes, I think that's going to be almost impossible).

The ground will be underneath, so you can make the prim phantom..

I'm wanting to do it to cover my land with snow anyway.. so its okay if the feet sink in a little bit.
