Anyone experiencing problems with Voice IM. I am but only to certain residents - mainly those in the UK. Other countries seems to be no problems.

Any thoughts anyone.

They've been doing maintenance on Voice today. It was offline for awhile, but I just saw that they're bringing it back up now.

Asking about voice in these forums may be a problem as many here dread using voice.

Kept cutting in and our for me yesterday. I had read that it was down previously so figured there would be trouble with it when it came back up.

I use voice all the time and definitely wasn't working right today

Yes I know voice was down yesterday for maintenance. My problem existed before and still after where sometimes I cannot make voice im's to certain residents and others I can.

If you do experience problems then please place your comments in the Jira link so we can get this bug fixed Thank you very much.

Is anyone still experiencing problems with voice? Since the maintenance a few days ago, voice is practically unuseable for me as it cuts out every other second.

Hi Alt. If you are experiencing troubles with the voice then please reply and comment on the Jira link I gave you. As i still experiencing problems with im voice and the same as you when I do get a connection, voice comming and going.

Nisa, did your problems also start post maintenance 3 days ago? Before that, the voice was excellent.

Alt Hi again. No my problems started before all the maintenance, only on private chat, open chat no problem. But what we are finding now is private chat takes about 3-4 calls before a connection is made to the other party, and then it is not constant it breaks up.

But please comment on the Jira link that I have posted. As support will not do anything on this as they say its a bug and the only way is by reporting on Jira. So please comment on my thread there and then it will get noticed.

Today my problems on private chat have been a little less hassle, as before could not make a call to any UK resident, other countries, yes, but not to another UK resident.
