selling first 512 sq. Meters

I had bid on a 512 size plot auction. I had gone to the land to check to see if the auction was finished, it was. I happened to run into the winner. They offered to sell it to me, but was apprehensive about possibly losing the 0 land use fee. So there's my question could someone acquire a 512 size lot, sell it but still be qualified to purchase another 512 size lot with out having to pay a use fee?

As long as the first plot is sold before the second plot is purchased, yes, no problem. Tier is calculated on the maximum amount of land owned at any time during the month.

Your first 512sqm of land is tier free. The never changes regardless of how many times you buy or sell land.

Just make sure you sell the one 512 you own before buying another. When you go to make a purchase, there will be either green check mark or red X prompts that will help to keep you from going up a tier level accidentally.

Oh...

And if you donate your land allowance to your group, MAKE SURE you always buy land for the group and not yourself.
- That one has no warning, and will snag you a tier charge in an instant... O.o

SL is cost me $15 extra in August thanks to that... O.o

I was very confused when after buying a plot it said I had more land available left to buy than It had before I bought the plot despite getting no tier jump warning... O.o

Open a ticket on that. I know someone who had a tier mistake refunded.

Its not too late? Been almost 3 weeks since I goofed.

I just figured - 'harsh'... and moved on...
