Not Allowed to Read Notecard

Hiya :) The new shape I just purchased came with a notecard that read, "Read Me First!!"
But it tells me I'm not allowed to read it and it doesn't explain why. Could someone help me, please? Thanks.

What are the permissions like on the notecard? If it has (no copy) then the seller goofed, such notecards are useless. You would have to contact the maker and ask for one that allows copy.
