SL Groups that buy land?

I'm selling some land to try and to reduce my tier. However, it's getting really close to my payment date, so if I don't sell it, I'll be charged the full amount once again.

Can anyone point me to a group that buys land? I'd love to have someone make me an offer so I don't have to abandon it, and can at least get a little back from it. I tried the Land Ninjas, but have received no response from them, and I'm getting down to the wire!

just set it for sale at 0.1L/m3 then the avarage price, the boots will come soon after, if that fails, reduce it by 0.1L/m3 untill they bite

did it in the past by chopping it up in 1024sqm blocks with different prices (0.1L/m3 difference) to see what insta sells or not and adjust from there

also after selling the land, you have to reduce the tier manually in your account pages, also tier will be full next month but the month after it will be reduced to what you hold after the billing date

Shop around. There are other people too who may give a better quote for your land. Thai Racer, CP Costello, Skye Whitcroft, etc. Sarah is great but she is not the only game in town.
