Is there any way to get to some sort of live chat support without being premium anymore? I remember you used to be able to by searching for a topic, and then clicking 'This does not answer my question' or something like that.
Anyhow, I can find no way to get to it anymore.. is it completely gone, forevermore, unless you're premium?

Do you have a specific question? If you are renting from a land baron, ask them to ask for you.
Or 99% of the time it's something they have encountered already and can just tell you - the only things that get sticky are billing issues. But concierge support would just refer you to billing anyway; they don't really do that.

Got it solved by asking a Linden in world (Joppa Linden, cool guy!)
I don't rent from anyone (Though my Domina does own a sim...), and it's not a question with an answer in the knowledge base. I needed to know who to contact in reply to a message from [email]do_not_reply@LindenLab.com[/email], about a specific issue.
Thanks again... I really do love the Lindens XD

Ive asked billing questions before on live chat...and always had them answered fully and informatively, AND for all intents and purposes...correctly  Glad you found a Linden to ask..!!
